Physical activity

Music

This activity is offered as a group class once a week.

Body awareness and expression

Before being external, movement is first and foremost internal.

We listen to the body and its inner movements. Then, thanks to the fundamentals of dance (weight, support, directions, rebounds, spirals, etc.) we’ll extend these movements into space.

Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra is a state of deep relaxation between wakefulness and sleep. Comfortably seated or lying down, we set a positive, reassuring intention before consciously traveling through the body (body scan), breath, emotions and mind (guided visualizations). Often reduced to relaxation, this practice is a yogic tool for transformation that puts us in touch with our unconscious and enables us to imprint a personal resolution (sankalpa) on it.

⚠️ Yoga Nidra is not for everyone.

If you suffer from a psychological disorder, you may find it hard to accept withdrawal and letting go. It can make you feel even worse. On the other hand, it’s helpful and pleasant in cases of insomnia, physical pain and chronic stress.

Psychodrama

Group psychodrama offers a safe, caring 3-hour space for acting, feeling and sharing, without any prior theatrical experience.
