APA Gentle yoga
We offer two types of physical activity classes:
- Adapted Physical Activity (APA): physical exercises adapted to your needs.
- gentle yoga: slow movements to take time to feel your body and breathe.

This service is offered free of charge.

Cardio: Classes for people with heart conditions
Monday :
Cardio/Strength Training: 1:00–1:50 p.m.
Relaxation: 1:50–2:20 p.m.
Abdominal/Pelvic Floor Exercises: 2:20–3:10 p.m.
Tuesday :
Cardio/Strength Training: 1:40–2:30 p.m.
Relaxation: 2:30–3:00 p.m.
Gentle Exercise: 3:00–3:45 p.m.
Cardio for Heart Health: 4:00–4:50 p.m.
Wednesday :
Gentle Nordic walking: 11:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.
Cardio: 2:00–2:50 p.m.
Friday :
Cardio: 10:00–10:50 a.m.
Brisk Nordic walking: 11:30 a.m.–1:00 p.m.
Personal training available upon request.
Gentle Yoga
At Groupe Santé Genève
Thursday: Gentle Yoga 2 from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
Gentle Yoga 1 from 11:20 a.m. to 12:20 p.m.
