Training for professionals
We offer training courses to raise awareness of the issues of social inequalities in health and discrimination among teams from associations, institutions and companies, particularly in Geneva's social-health network.
A better understanding of health issues and the realities of vulnerable people enables us to develop a more inclusive and appropriate approach to care, including in the social and health fields.
To this end, our training courses address a number of specific themes, such as
- Living with HIV today: representations and influence on care and treatment
- Inclusivity, best practices in welcoming and caring for trans* and non-binary people.
- Professional posture and intersectional discrimination
- Law and health
We tailor our training courses to the specific needs of each organization, taking the time to assess requirements and find the most appropriate format for each situation.
How much does it cost?
Part of our training courses can be offered thanks to a subsidy from the Canton of Geneva.
Depending on the type of training course and the number of participants, a contribution may be requested from the organizations concerned, insofar as they are able.
